Helping Hand Rescue Mission Trip

HELPING HAND MISSION TRIP, Sunday, February 3rd (12:15 – 4:00 p.m.)

We’ll be traveling to Philadelphia to share Worship, the Word and serve a meal to the homeless men and women that need the physical and spiritual help they receive from this much needed mission. Please come and be a part of this “Labor Of Love”.  There is a sign-up sheet on the kitchen bulletin board if you would like to join us or you can call the church.

New Year’s Prayer Time

On Saturday, January 26, 2019, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., the church family will be joining together at the church for a Pizza Supper.  After eating, we will move into the sanctuary for a time of singing some of our Favorite Hymns after which we will join in corporate prayer for our homes, church, country and the world.

We look forward to having you come out and join us for this time of fellowship and prayer.

Christmas Eve Service

Our annual Christmas Eve Candlelight service will be held on Monday, December 24th, starting at 7:00 PM.  This worship service is to usher in the celebration of the birth of our Lord and King and we invite all to come and be a part of the fellowship.

Christmas Program

Sunday, December 16th, during our morning worship service at 10:30 AM, many of our children and adults will be presenting “Here We Come A’Caroling” musical.  Come joins us in the celebration of the birth of our Lord Jesus.

Christmas Caroling in the Community

On Wednesday, December 12th, from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. we will be singing Christmas Carols to “Shut-ins” and the neighbors surrounding the church.  This has been a fun time for those traveling and singing, and a rich blessing to those that we visit.  Please come and join us.

Thanksgiving Eve Service

Wednesday, November 21, 7:00 P.M. the members of Good Sam will gathering together for corporate praise and giving thanks to the Lord for His many blessings.  Pastor Bob will be sharing the message.

Whosoever Gospel Mission Trip

WHOSOEVER GOSPEL MISSION TRIP, Sunday, November 18th, at 3:30 p.m.

We’ll be traveling to Philadelphia to share Worship, and the Word with the men at the mission, and we will also be assisting in the kitchen preparing and joining them in the evening meal. It is a great time of fellowship with the men and they look forward to our being there with them. The mission is a place where they can not only find help for their present needs, but they get to know the Living God and all of the plans He has for them – it truly is a blessing, not only for them, but for those who go and minister to them. Please come and be a part of this “Labor Of Love”.

Thanksgiving “Carry In”

Saturday, November 17, at 5:30 p.m., there will be a wonderful gathering for fellowship and great food.  After dinner we welcome the “BETHANY” Music Ministry Band.  This group has been together for more than 15 years leading worship at events all over the Delaware Valley.  A Free-will offering will be received for the band.  Come be a part of this great evening of food, friends, fellowship and great worship music.

Soup Supper, Game Night

THIS EVEN HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED from September to October

On Saturday, October 27, 2018, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., we will me meeting at the Church to share a Soup Supper with bread & butter and tea.  After supper, we will be enjoying one anothers company while playing CANGO, Scrabble, Monopoly, other games and LEGOS. for the children  Come join us for the fun and bring a friend.

Apple Butter Festival

On Saturday, October 6, from 10:00 to 3:00, the Heritage Center in Harleysville will the having its 45th Annual Apple Butter (Frolic).  The autumn festival is a wonderful way to usher in the fall season by sampling many apple products.  It is also an opportunity to learn how Mennonites and their neighbors lived 100 years ago, and it’s great fun for young and old alike.  There will be crafts of all type on display and Apple Butter, pies, and other products to buy, the museum is also open for you to visit.  The cost to take part in this is a $7.00 fee.
